2oz bourbon
1oz grapefruit juice
1/2oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Blackberry Mojito

1 tbsp real blackberry puree
Juice of ½ a lime
1 cup crushed ice
2 oz white rum
6 oz club soda
10 mint leaves
3-6 mint sprigs
2-3 lime wheels

Add the sugar and fresh lime juice to a Collins glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add one-quarter of the crushed ice, then take 10 mint leaves, rub them over the rim of the glass, then tear each one in half and add them on top of the ice.

Stir again. Add the rum, club soda and remaining ice. Stir one last time, then add a few mint sprigs and lime wheels for garnish and enjoy. Stick the lime wheels into the drink itself for a little extra visual flair.

Dark & Stormy

2 oz Dark rum
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge

Place the rum and ginger beer in a rocks glass filled with ice, stir until chilled and garnish with the lime wedge.

Runaway Rum Runner Punch

1 part spiced rum
2 parts orange juice
1 part cranberry-raspberry juice

Fill a punch bowl with ice, add the rum and orange juice and then top with the cranberry-raspberry juice. Do not stir, serve immediately.

Tropical Storm

1 part white rum
1 part dark rum
1 part passion fruit syrup
Juice of ½ a lemon
Splash of grenadine
1 slice fruit of choice

Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Hurricane glass and garnish with the lime wedge.

Hibiscus Daiquiri

2 oz white rum
¾ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz hibiscus syrup (recipe below)
Lime wheel, for garnish
Hibiscus Syrup Recipe:
½ cup dried hibiscus flowers (or hibiscus tea bags)
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
(Bring water and sugar to a simmer, stir until sugar dissolves, then add hibiscus and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.)

Add rum, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel on the rim.

Old Fashioned

2oz bourbon
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish

Muddle sugar and bitters in a rocks glass. Add bourbon and ice. Stir until chilled. Express the orange peel over the drink, then drop it in.

Mint Julep

2oz bourbon
1/2oz simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice

Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a julep cup. Add bourbon and fill with crushed ice. Stir well. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Whiskey Sour

2oz bourbon
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
1/2oz simple syrup
Optional: egg white
Cherry and lemon wheel for garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice (dry shake first if using egg white). Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry and lemon wheel.

Boulevardier

1.5oz bourbon
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz Campari
Orange twist for garnish

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Bourbon Smash

2oz bourbon
3/4oz simple syrup
3 lemon wedges
Fresh mint leaves

Muddle lemon wedges and mint in a shaker with simple syrup. Add bourbon and ice, then shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint.

Manhattan

2oz bourbon
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Cherry for garnish

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry.

Blackberry Bourbon Smash

2oz bourbon
1oz simple syrup
4-5 fresh blackberries
3 fresh mint leaves
1/2oz fresh lemon juice
Ice
Mint sprig and blackberry for garnish

Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh blackberry.

Rosemary Paloma

2 oz tequila (or mezcal if you want a smoky edge)
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (go fresh, always)
½ oz lime juice
½ oz rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
Club soda, to top
Grapefruit slice & rosemary sprig, for garnish
Salt for the rim (optional, but highly recommended)
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
(Heat sugar and water until dissolved, toss in the rosemary, let steep for 15 minutes, then strain.)

Add the tequila and grapefruit soda to a mason jar filled with ice. Add the lime juice, stir and garnish with the lime slice.

If using, rim a glass with salt by running a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it in salt. In a shaker, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary syrup. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a slice of grapefruit.

Gold Rush

2oz bourbon
3/4oz lemon juice
3/4oz honey syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Kentucky Mule

2oz bourbon
4oz ginger beer
1/2oz lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish

Fill a copper mug with ice. Add bourbon and lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Citrus Sunrise

4oz orange juice
2oz pineapple juice
1oz grenadine
Ice
Orange slice

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in orange juice and pineapple juice, stirring gently to combine. Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass, letting it settle at the bottom for a layered effect. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Minty Lime Fizz

1oz fresh lime juice
1oz simple syrup
4oz soda water
Fresh mint leaves
Ice

In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Fill the glass with ice, then top with soda water. Stir gently, and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Berry Bliss Spritzer

2oz mixed berry puree (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1oz lemon juice
4oz sparkling water
Ice
Fresh berries for garnish

Blend berries into a puree and strain to remove seeds if desired. In a glass filled with ice, combine the berry puree and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with fresh berries on a skewer or floating on top.

Virgin Mojito

1oz fresh lime juice
1oz simple syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
4oz soda water
Crushed ice
Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Muddle mint leaves and lime juice in the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then add simple syrup. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Tropical Paradise

3oz coconut water
3oz pineapple juice
1oz lime juice
1oz simple syrup
Ice
Pineapple wedge and umbrella for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine coconut water, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a fun umbrella for a tropical vibe.

Peachy Keen Cooler

3oz peach nectar
2oz sparkling water
1oz lemon juice
1oz simple syrup
Ice
Peach slice for garnish

Fill a glass with ice. Combine peach nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup, stirring well. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.

Cucumber Mint Refresher

1/2 cucumber, sliced
6 fresh mint leaves
1oz lime juice
1oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
4oz soda water
Crushed ice
Cucumber ribbon for garnish

Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves with lime juice in a shaker. Add honey syrup and ice, then shake well. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

Mango Mule

3oz mango juice
2oz ginger beer
1oz lime juice
Ice
Mango slice and lime wedge for garnish

Fill a copper mug or glass with ice. Add mango juice and lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a mango slice and lime wedge.

Apple Ginger Spark

3oz apple cider
2oz ginger ale
1oz lemon juice
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Ice

Fill a glass with ice. Pour apple cider, ginger ale, and lemon juice into the glass. Stir gently and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Watermelon Cooler

4oz fresh watermelon juice
1oz lime juice
1oz simple syrup
4oz soda water
Ice
Watermelon wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Blend fresh watermelon and strain to extract juice. Fill a glass with ice, then add watermelon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a mint sprig.

Bees Knees

2 oz London dry gin
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey syrup
1 lemon twist

Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.

Key to My Heart

2 oz whipped vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz  cream
1 dash vanilla extract
Garnish with crushed graham cracker rim

Rim a martini glass with lime juice, then dip the martini glass into a plate with the crushed graham crackers to coat the rim of the glass. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed martini glass.

Sex on the Beach

½ oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
Orange juice
Cranberry juice
Garnish: Orange Slice

Pour in a tall glass filled with ice- then add vodka and peach schnapps and top off with equal parts orange juice and cranberry juice.

Cosmic Love

1 oz vodka
¼ oz triple sec
¼ oz lime juice
Dash of cranberry juice
1 lime wheel

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Will You Berry Me?

2 oz vodka
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz orgeat (almond) syrupSlash of cranberry juice
3 Cranberries
Garnish: Sprig of rosemary and cranberries

Shake vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, orgeat, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Moscow Mule

Juice of ½ a lime
1 part vodka
3 parts ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1 sprig of mint

Place the lime juice in a copper mug and add ice. Add the vodka and top with ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint.

Spring Fling Spritz

Juice of ½ a lime
1 part vodka
3 parts ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1 sprig of mint

Place the lime juice in a copper mug and add ice. Add the vodka and top with ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint.

Something Blue

1 part vodka
1 part blue curacao
4 parts lemonade
Splash of lime juice
1 lemon slice
1 maraschino cherry

Place the vodka and blue curacao in a shaker filled with ice and shake it.  Place ice in a mason jar and strain. Top with the lemonade and a splash of lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and maraschino cherry.

Strawberry Smash

2 oz bourbon (or vodka if you prefer a lighter touch)
3-4 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
4-5 fresh mint leaves
½ oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed, don’t even think about using bottled)
½ oz simple syrup (or honey syrup if you want a richer sweetness)
Crushed ice
Club soda (optional, for a lighter touch)
Mint sprig & strawberry for garnish

In a sturdy glass or shaker, muddle the strawberries and mint together with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Smash it well—this isn’t a delicate process. Add bourbon (or vodka) and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, like you mean it. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a splash of club soda if you want a slightly longer drink. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry on the rim.

The Ramble

2 oz Plymouth gin
1 oz lemon juice
4-5 raspberries
¾ oz simple syrup

Place the gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with no ice, shake until combined, and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Muddle the raspberries and simple syrup with a cocktail muddler and pour the mixture over the top of the drink.

Negroni

1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz gin
1 orange twist

Place the cocktail ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice, stir until combined, and garnish with a twist of orange.

Mason Jar Gin & Tonic

2 oz gin
A handful of rosemary leaves
4 oz tonic water
1 lime wedge
1 sprig of rosemary

Place the gin and rosemary leaves in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and then strain into a mason jar filled with ice. Add the tonic water and garnish with the sprig of rosemary and lime wedge.

Salty Mutt

Salt, for the rim
part gin
1 part grapefruit juice
1 part cranberry juice
1 grapefruit wedge

Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into the salt. Place the gin, grapefruit juice and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and… SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! Strain into the rocks glass and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.

The Blushing Bride

1.5 oz  vodka
0.75 oz maraschino liqueur
4 oz blood orange juice
1.5 oz lemon juice
2 oz champagne
Garnish with blood orange wheel.

Add the ingredients (except champagne) to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Pour 2 oz of champagne into the glass, strain the rest of the mix into the glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.

Classic Old Fashioned

Pinch of sugar
1 strip of orange peel
Splash of water
2 drops of bitters
2 oz bourbon
1 maraschino cherry

Place the sugar, orange peel, water and bitters in an old-fashioned glass and muddle. Fill the glass with ice, add the bourbon, stir, and garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Mint Julep

4 torn mint leaves
1 tsp powdered sugar
Splash of water
2 oz makers mark bourbon
1 sprig of mint

Place the mint leaves, powdered sugar and water at the bottom of a glass and muddle. Fill the glass with cracked ice, add the bourbon, stir gently and garnish with the sprig of mint.

Sweet Tea Punch

1 lemon slice
2 mint leaves
1 part bourbon
4 parts sweet tea
2-3 lemon wheels

Place the lemon slice, mint leaves and bourbon in a mixing glass and muddle. Place ice in a mason jar and strain the mix into it. Top with the sweet tea and garnish with the lemon wheels.

Whiskey Sour

2 parts whiskey
1 part lemon juice
Splash of water
Pinch of sugar
1 Maraschino cherry

Place the ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice, stir and garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Makers Mule

1 ½ parts makers mark bourbon
Splash of lime juice
Ginger beer to top
1 Lime wedge
1 sprig of mint

Place the bourbon and lime juice in a copper mug filled with ice. Fill with the ginger beer and garnish with the lime wedge and sprig of mint.

Rose Cucumber Basil Collins

2 oz gin (or vodka if you prefer)
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz rose syrup (or a splash of rosewater with extra simple syrup)
1 oz club soda
2 thin cucumber slices
2-3 fresh basil leaves
Ice

In a shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices and basil leaves with the simple syrup. You want to release the flavors without obliterating them. Add the gin (or vodka), lemon juice, and rose syrup. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon and a fresh basil sprig.

Tequila Sunrise

1 part tequila
Dash of lemon juice
Orange juice to top
Splash of grenadine
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange slice

Place ice in a glass and add the tequila and lemon juice. Stir, top with the orange juice and add the splash of grenadine. Do not stir, instead allow the grenadine to slowly filter down through the orange juice and tequila. Garnish with the maraschino cherry and orange slice.

Classic Margarita

Salt for the rim
2 parts silver tequila
1 part triple sec
1 part lime juice
1 lime slice

Wet the rim of the margarita glass and dip it into the salt. Place the tequila, triple sec and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

Tequila Sparkler

1 part tequila
Splash of lime juice
3 parts champagne
1 lime wedge

Wet the rim of the margarita glass and dip it into the salt, Place the tequila and lime juice in a champagne flute, top with the champagne and garnish with a lime wedge.

Think Pink

Pink Himalayan sea salt for the rim
2 oz silver tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
3 oz sparkling rosé, plus a small splash
¾ oz simple syrup
1 oz orange liqueur
1 lime wedge or twist

Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into the salt. Place the cocktail ingredients, except for the small splash of rosé in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with the twist of lime and top with the splash of rosé.

Mason Jar Paloma

1 part tequila
3 parts grapefruit soda
Splash of lime juice
1 lime slice

Add the tequila and grapefruit soda to a mason jar filled with ice. Add the lime juice, stir and garnish with the lime slice.
